Micro-Entrepreneurship, Economic Independence & Community Growth

Nearly 50% of B40 families struggle with income adequacy, and up to 20% of women rely on insecure, informal work. 35–40% of graduates remain underemployed and 80% of employers report gaps in workplace readiness, while fewer than 30% of youth have any formal exposure to AI skills — leaving both breadwinners and young jobseekers without a clear path forward.
This pillar currently includes two programmes: Women Rise, which supports entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and financial literacy for women seeking long-term independence, and the Youth Employability Accelerator, which works with universities, industry, and technology partners to build the digital and AI skills today's employers are asking for. Donations to this pillar are not restricted to these two programmes — funds are directed to whichever livelihoods initiatives, current or future, will create the greatest impact.
