The Challenge

35–40% of graduates are currently employed below their qualification level, and 80% of employers report gaps in workplace readiness. Fewer than 30% of youths have any formal exposure to AI skills, and B40 and refugee youth in particular often lack the mentorship, internships, and industry networks needed to break in.

Our Solution & Impact

This accelerator works in partnership with universities, industry, and technology providers to deliver TVET skill certifications, AI literacy modules, and direct internship placements — with entrepreneurship and freelance income pathways included for young people whose access to conventional employment remains limited.
