Registered Foundation under Labuan FSA • Muslim Aid Malaysia (L) Foundation
Muslim Aid Malaysia adheres to international standards of ethical stewardship and accountability. As a donor, you are entitled to:
Undesignated donations — contributions made without selecting a specific campaign — are allocated to the area of greatest need at the time of receipt. Where a campaign has reached its funding target or a project can no longer proceed as originally planned, Muslim Aid Malaysia reserves the right to redirect the donation to the closest related need rather than hold it idle, ensuring funds continue to serve their intended humanitarian purpose without delay. Zakat contributions are held separately from all other funds and distributed exclusively to donors and beneficiaries who qualify as Asnaf under Shariah.
All Zakat contributions received through our platform are directed to eligible Asnaf categories (Fakir, Miskin, Amil, Muallaf, Riqab, Gharimin, Fisabilillah, and Ibnus Sabil) under Shariah governance and independent oversight.
Donors subscribing to automated daily micro-giving (Sadaqah Subuh) or monthly recurring appeals may manage, pause, or cancel their recurring commitments at any time via the Donor Portal or by contacting our donor support team.
Donations are non-refundable once deployed to field operations. In cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of transaction with proof of payment.
Muslim Aid Malaysia operates under zero-tolerance policies for fraud, exploitation, or financial impropriety. Incident reports can be submitted confidentially through our Safeguarding Vault.
