Evidence-Based Policy, Human Rights & Planetary Health

Humanitarian actors across Southeast Asia often work in silos, and field evidence rarely makes it into policy decisions in any consistent way. Refugees, youth, and local actors remain underrepresented in the rooms where decisions about their futures are made, while few platforms exist for regional actors to learn from one another.
This pillar focuses on convening regional dialogue forums, publishing evidence-based policy research, and building platforms where underrepresented voices can help shape the humanitarian and policy conversations that affect them. Donations to this pillar are not restricted to a single initiative — funds are directed to whichever advocacy and research efforts, current or future, will create the greatest impact.
