Across B40 and refugee communities, 30–35% of households still lack access to quality digital learning resources, and roughly 11% of Malaysian youth remain unemployed. Employers increasingly report gaps in AI literacy, communication, and workplace readiness among young talent, while refugee youth face limited access to formal education, certification, and skills pathways altogether.

Our Solution & Impact

Future Leaders Learning Hub is built around partnerships rather than starting from scratch, connecting learners with organisations active in AI education, Google-certified training, STEM education, and workforce readiness. It delivers AI literacy, digital skills bootcamps, leadership training, and accredited pathways designed to prepare youth for a fast-changing job market, with underserved and refugee communities as the starting point.
