DECEMBER 2025
n December 2025, Muslim Aid Malaysia, in collaboration with KL Players, successfully delivered an inclusive community arts event that brought together refugee and underprivileged local children for a meaningful shared experience. Designed to introduce young audiences to the world of live performance, the programme used visual and expressive storytelling to ensure accessibility for all, regardless of language background, while encouraging imagination, creativity, and emotional engagement. The event created a safe and welcoming environment filled with laughter, excitement, and connection, allowing children from diverse backgrounds to feel valued and part of a larger community. With participation from five learning centres involving 137 children and 15 teachers, reaching a total of 152 attendees, the initiative went beyond entertainment to foster belonging, confidence, and social integration. This successful collaboration highlights Muslim Aid Malaysia’s continued commitment to building bridges between communities and delivering inclusive programmes that create lasting positive impact for marginalised children.
