Aqiqah

The birth of a baby, is eagerly awaited by the family for the sake of adding domestic happiness and harmony. According to the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h.), performing Aqiqah and contributing its meat for charity, especially when it is enjoyed by our Muslim brotherhood of the poor and hungry, will be able to add another blessing and strengthen the family ties and affection among Muslims.

EXPRESS YOUR GRATITUDE BY FEEDING THE POOR!

Aqiqah
RM480.00

Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h. said (Hadith Bukhari):

" Aqiqa is to be offered for a (newly born) boy, so slaughter (an animal) for him, and relieve him of his suffering (by shaving his head). "

Aqiqah is Sunnah Mu’akkadah which is Sunnah that is very encouraged, therefore the practice of Aqiqah have to be understood and appreciated so that the wisdom will be attained.

Wisdom of Aqiqah

  1. To express gratitude upon having an offspring that meet the sunnah of the Prophet.
  2. To familiarize Muslims with ‘halaalan thoiyibba’ since infancy to establish the adequacy of the faith.
  3. To strengthen ties among Muslims worldwide.

During our busy time and limited time, we sometimes forget the responsibility as Muslims and parents, resulting in a non-obligatory acts of worship such as Aqiqah to be delayed.

Therefore, Muslim Aid Malaysia took the initiative to introduce the Aqiqah program to the Muslim community in Malaysia to help facilitate the implementation of Aqiqah.

Muslims in Malaysia can now perform Aqiqah in a SIMPLER, CHEAPER and TRUSTWORTHY way via the programme organized by Muslim Aid network with more than 30 years of experience of channeling Aqiqah and Qurban all over the world.

We invite you to express your gratitude to God for your newborn offspring, by helping the poor enjoy the food.
